about the website, the availability of the website for access and use, and the
information provided on the website are excluded.

Where legislation implies in this Agreement any condition or warranty, and that

However, ICON’s liability for breach of such condition or warranty will be
limited, at ICON’s option, to one or more of the following (a) in relation to

(ii) the repair of such goods; (iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the
goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or (iv) payment of the cost of having the
goods repaired; (b) in relation to services: (i) the supply of the services
again; (ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

downloading from this website will be free of viruses or other codes that may
corrupt or destroy.

This agreement is governed by the law in the State of Queensland, Australia.

As registered users are permitted to add comments on articles, you will also

(a)	is false, deceptive or misleading; 
    (b)	is defamatory in any jurisdiction;

4.  ICON may at any time remove any posting which in ICON's opinion is in

6.  You will as part of the registration process select a password to enable
you to post comments.  You are responsible for taking all precautions as are
reasonably necessary, prudent or desirable to protect and keep strictly
confidential the password and to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing
the website using the password.  ICON shall not be liable to you for any
unauthorised access to the website using the password and you will be liable
for all activity connected with the password.  It is your responsibility to
immediately notify ICON if you become aware of or suspect that there has been
any unauthorised use of your password. ICON will promptly issue a new password
to you after receiving such notification.

7.  You indemnify ICON its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, the
participants of the CRC for Construction Innovation, the Australian
Government’s Department of Environment and Water Resources, the Australia

from and against all actions, claims, proceedings or demands which may be
brought against it or them, whether on their own or jointly, in respect of any
