NSW to see its first EUA-financed retrofit

The first Environmental Upgrade Agreement (EUA) financed project in NSW will be an $800,000 lighting installation at Australian Unity-owned 10 Valentine Street, Parramatta.

Parramatta City Council, Low Carbon Australia and Australian Unity’s EUA will finance the lighting installation, the first of its type in NSW.

The NSW Government’s Office of Environment and Heritage has developed a framework for EUA implementation to facilitate wider adoption.
