Prospective tenants, buildings owners and the general public will now be able to find out if a building is environmentally rated using Google maps.
Launched by consulting engineer, Cundall, the instructive tool utilises Google to map the locations of every NABERS and Green Star rated building in Australia.
The interactive application combines all the ratings into one map allowing the public to filter what buildings they are looking for by state and territory, as well as by rating type.
The following filters can currently be applied to the map:
